Blind Stitch Machine- SR-101
A blind stitch is a variant geometry of the zigzag stitch. It is also called a "blind hem". It is composed the same way as a zigzag, except that the individual zig-zag pairs are each separated by several straight stitches. Its purpose is to create a nearly invisible hem: because only the zigzags penetrate to the visible side of the material, minimizing their number minimizes their visibility.
Blind stitching joins fabrics so the needle thread does not fully penetrate the top layer. A blind stitch is barely visible from the outside of the garment.
This series of industrial blind stitch sewing machines adopts the mechanism to form single thread chain stitch by swinging hook thread take-off and penetrating the fabric with single arc needle. The Seam hides itself invisible from outside which makes garment appearance much neater and elegant. Suitable for felling Bottom Part of Trousers, Front and Back of Western Suit
